* 1) Accidental overdose of iron containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisioning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.
2) The recommended FDA daily upper limit for iron is 30 mg. Our product contains 54 mg per day which are spread over two doses. We do not recommend this supplement for women who are post-menopausal unless they experience anemia and check with their doctor first. Iron supplementation is also dangerous in individuals with hemochromatosis.
